Pulsant engineers will be performing a core network maintenance at our Maidenhead data centre to replace a line card within one of our core routers. Customers with non-resilient MetroEthernet/DC Connect/BGP services terminating on this device will experience an outage of up to 15 minutes during this maintenance. Customers with BGP peering at this site will also lose service to this device during the maintenance. Pulsant IP transit will be at risk during the maintenance however no outage is expected. WHY? Pulsant monitoring systems have detected a predictive fail of a line card within one of our core routers at Maidenhead, in order to ensure stable service this card must be replaced. WHEN? The maintenance will take place during the following window: Start: Wednesday, March 18th at 22:00h GMT End: Wednesday, March 18th at 23:59h
